Please please let me know fast because it has already got updated to android 10 and why suddenly downgrade to 9 pie ? What is the scene Samsung?

My finger print is working too slow after the security update on Samsung Galaxy A50 so please improve it and the last update was about image quality improvement that didn't do much.  Hope samsung improves it. Thank you.
