you are very wrong, Samsung did not annouce any official release date for the nougat, I wouldn't expect it to be released before February of next year, 2018
are they reddish lines? if they are, that problem already appeared on s8 phones and Samsung issied an update for that. if it's red lines, then you should contact customer support
