Dear Samsung when the next software update gets released for this,can you please change the kernel to 64bit,because there are a handful of apps and games that can not run on this because of the kernel being in 32bit mode.

Do you have the 4g or 5g model?I have the A13 4g for over a year now and mine says the battery is good.If you leave it on the charger all night then then it's definitely that or maybe your phone has a factory fault battery
