Hi, Did you tried with other operator apart from jio. Because as per JIO they don't have this feature with samsung device so this JIO issue why they did not activated this feature for samsung devices . So please try once with other operator once...

Go to settings -->then About Phone--> then Software information--then check Service Provider Software version. It should be INS/INS,INS/INS.

Setting-->about phone-->software information-->Google play system update.
