note 4 had facility to record both interviews and meetings. for the latter it identified speakers by number which was excellent for research (focus groups). how can I get this on galaxy 7? And what's the best way to translate sound to text for free?

I took mine to the city centre Bahrain Samsung dealer and they said they had no authority to refund or replace. the shop assistant said she call me back in a couple of days. What a micky mouse outfit!
