The wannabe flagship phone had no bixby voice installed even though the previous versions both m52 and m51 had bixby voice. Have they added Bixby voice by one ui 5 update or should I just donate my M53 and go for a newer phone?

Haven't been able to find bixby on my phone. Long pressing the power key only brings up the 3 options which are restart, power off and emergency. Tried searching for bixby voice but no result. Can anyone help me out?
