from where can I get biometric update

after updating software on Nov my biometric is not worKing properly. So I deleted my biometric records and try to re register. but now I cant register my finger print . and now once again I updated software on 04/01/2020 now the problem is same

in my A50 device only my finger print is not registered, but others's can. that is why, even service center not able to solve this problem

in A50 there no option for call recording. that is very important
