hey Irfan. i also live in UAE and yes the update for bixby voice currently is only in America. we will recieve am update sooner. samsung answered this question to me while ago when i asked the same question.
try slim armour covers for s8. best protection ever. or if you want your phone to be remain slim (because slim armour makes the phone fat) then use a glass protector for back casing. as well as front. I have done the same for my S8 plus.
