I updated my device this morning and haven't found any issue. I hope you are using original adapter that came in box with the device, also check if your cable is in good condition. Hope this might help you.
Bro, even before the update if you zoomed in , your 25mp would be switched off automatically......only difference after update is , it has been placed in separate category i.e, separate 25mp mode!
