Updates to Oreo today. Not able to open any files from my encrypted sd card. it says cannot decrypt as the file is being encrypted in a different device even though its not. lost my files?

i cant read usb drives on phone. its was working well with note 4. now with that small adapter nothing is happening. regretting upgrade.

When i click a pic and someone send me a pic in whatsapp it both shows in my preview list. It's so annoying. What can do to make it normal. Is it a bug?
