None of your solutions have worked. The phone is still dropping data connection and only fix is to activate then deactivate flight mode but it only solves the issue for either 10 mins or longer but then drops again.
It's easy follow the instructionson the Samsung members app you're using. At the bottom is the promo banner to claim the buds. Tap it and follow instructions.
The screen is not a 4k screen on the phone. So it will not deliver quality in those settings because the phone is not capable if displaying. Go look on gsmarena at your device. You will see the display max resolution is 1080p
