In WhatsApp when I'm on the status tab I'm unable to see the statuses of my friends because I'm being prompted the following error message "Sorry this media file doesn't exist on your internal storage"Refer attachment

I've not deleted any such WhatsApp file and I'm not using any cleaner. I do understand that constantly somehow or the other the status media is being deleted automatically but I'm unable to understand HOW.
