samsung theme store is not loading properly.

Today my phone(j7 prime) is restarting several times and ask me to perform factory data rest also shows me your device is not authorised.pls fix this

my fingerpint sensor not working properly in j7 prime when i try to set up a fingerprint it work like fake one time i touch the fingerprint it automaticly set up 100%.is it a software problem or hardware?
