I got an email sometime a few days back asking me to register for the lucky draw for the Galaxy AI unpacked. I registered and got a confirmation. So when will I know the results?

Galaxy themes has gone down the drain in the last 2-3 years. Previously in my country (Pakistan) we were available to see all themes. Free ones and paid content. Now suddenly only the free ones are visible...why? What has happened in the last 2 or 3 ...
