RCS not Supported on Galaxy Note 8

I have a Galaxy Note 8 with airtel sim, I don't see rich communications option in the messages app. I also have a Galaxy S8 with the same version of app but it is present in that. So I wanted to know if anyone else has the same problem 

Will there be an Android 8 Oreo beta for the Galaxy Note 8.?
