Hello Community,It's been observed that in Samsung Phones are not able to do Video KYC for banking process. I've faced this issue with S23 Ultra, S22 Ultra, S20 FE 5G, A53 5G & S6 Lite Tab devices. I've come across many posts regarding the same issue...
Yes we can give it from other phones but in Samsung Phones the camera quality is not good while they want to capture Aadhar & PAN Cards it doesn't focus at all.
