My Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra stopped receiving any OTA updates after November Security patch.I Tried everything...I contacted customer care and service center but nobody is able to help me Is this service of Samsung for Flagship user...???Even Today...
I am using S21 ultra and after Android 12 update...phone is struggling alot and battery is draining like that i have to charge phone 4 times in a day...When S21 ultra recieved "January security patch" in Germany on 6th jan...And in Korea and USA on 9...
Thnku so much bro for efforts but i tried everything...I done hard reset...Factory reset....Clean firmware flash by fetching it from.sammobile..Even service center flashed it 3 times...but all are in vain :(It is not helping :(
Everyone is failing in it :(I tried customer care...Service center..Senior manager of Samsung team...I told this issue to everyone.. They are blaming each other that they are responsible...I am waiting a solution from u bro :)Thnku in advance
Its an Indian Exynos unit... I am not getting "OTA" updates after 27th October.... Everytime i have to connect through PC through smart switch i am getting updates...Dont knw whats wrong...No one is able to help not service center nor Customer care.....
