I was locked out of my new S23 Ultra coz I don't know the phone PIN...which I never setup, I had used the fingerprint option but now I want to unlock my cellphone without losing the data....please help. Is there a default PIN or something?
I think Samsung needs to fix this issue, the fingerprint was chosen as Primary unlock then the PIN should be Secondary unlock....it is so stressful having to lose all data by resetting the device if the PIN is lost
No keyboard, only the numerical keypad....the thing is that the code I remember doesn't work so it has to be the alphabetical pin I inserted but it doesn't give me the option to insert that
