I bought s8 on 24th August and activated the phone on the same day and logged into the my galaxy app. till today I haven't received the coupon code for the free wireless charger. sent mail to my.galaxy@samsung.com with details of my invoice screens...
called them too. they say to send mail to my.galaxy@samsung.com which I did and the only response I got from them is I have not inserted the activation SIM into the phone
