The device model is J730F. Why is Samsung not releasing any sorts of update since last 3 months in Nepal??We haven't got any update after we got February security patch update. Why is it happening?

Why are we not getting any sorts of J7 Pro update in Nepal?? Even latest security patch update was of February which we got around 2 months before.We are mainly facing touch issues. How can this be resolved??
