Hello, I have been using samsung s21 ultra from Bangladesh for the last 18 months and after april update my phone a greenline on screen. Seeking help and asking what to do now ? Is it due to the update? Will it go away in the next update?
I have gone to the cs in Khulna, Bangladesh. They have derived the conclusion that this was caused by software update and they couldnt do anything about it..
Probably. The update was done properly. And I been using this phone for 18 months without any drop or pressure on screen. I even dont play game on this device. You can say I havent been able to utilize this device to the fullest. And then this 沈
I hope for the best. Lets see what happens. I did find few s21u device owners facing greenline issues. And the samsung bangladesh is only replacing upto note 20 ultra. Lets see what happens next.Thanks man
