When will be a31 software update released 

A31 is very slow now to work or start any app or surfing.....alas....

While i receive msgs via text or WhatsApp or notification from fb or YouTube, no notification tune receive while I turn on notification tune as well.Also msg count numbers are also not shown on app icon I.e. WhatsApp or fb or youtubePlease guide. 

During call receiving, while I switched on speaker option to talk with other person, receiver do not listen my voice as well same my side. Please guide what is the error
