i am using phones front camera as webcam, i have got the phone cover fixed on a wall via double sided tape and have Bluetooth keyboard and mouse... this setup works for me
I had the same issue.. had tried factory reset 3 times, and connected to WiFi also.. bit did not workwhat I did was at this step, deleted the Google account and added the same again, it worked...
