The samsung member app is now supported on the device after the latest update.Install the app from galaxy store and create a error report using the app. Also attach a 10 second video of the issue and send it.

Videos on prepladder, marrow, unacademy are not running smoothly even at 1x. Please fix the issue asap.

The tablet dose not run some popular online classes app properly like marrow, prepladder, unacademy etc. The video is very glitchy.
