Samsung is not honoring care+ claim for a second hand phone with bill saying the claim needs to be made from original phone number. Please help.

one ui 3.0 weather app has ads

When I bought a 90k INR phone, the last thing I expected was to be served ads in in built apps like weather, absolutely horrendous.

Enrolled in One UI beta 3.0 but no software update available.

I have two devices an S20+ and S20 ultra. S20+ is showing the update while Ultra is not showing. Does anybody know the fix for this? I have already enrolled for the beta program.
