I downloaded an audio from the internet but I don't know how to set that audio as my notification sound?

This is Galaxy store ... Pushing notification to download apps like "Like" & Vmate. That notification cannot be cleared  & if you press on that it will automatically start downloading the app which we don't want! ... Please stop doing this nonsense ...

Samsung health was a great app when it had a app compatibility with nike running app, google fit, etc. But this days there is hardly a useful app to be sync eg. No google fit which was comparable back when i was using note 2 but now it isn't compatib...
