Samsung deliver my Galaxy Buds, its been 6 months already, otherwise this whole thing is a scam and it needs to be reported. YOU CANT OPERATE LIKE THIS!! YOUR BRAND WILL TAKE A KNOCK!

Nope...Just moved on with life, i will never trust any campaign ran by samsung. Im currently hearing about the S22 offer coming with goodies, trust you will struggle with samsung and never recieve those things. Its a scam nje.
we need to report them somewhere guys, they can't keep thriving off false advertising. In some cases people only buy that particular phone because of the free galaxy buds, otherwise a different decision could have been made.where can we report them?
