Have you tried reinstalling the game? I played that game before but never had that issue

Hello mate, I know it is annoying not getting the update. However changing phone is an option if you have the budget and if they are great deals around. You should check on ebay and see the price range of note 10 plus. It's a great phone overall

The update is still in beta for now however I think it should be available to general public from November ending
