I got a Samsung Buds Live when I was purchasing my new phone two months back.I just noticed that one of the four pins is moving and it seems to be broken. I did not use buds much and it did not fall anytime. What should I do ?

Phone was not used during this time. It was connected to power overnight. Why the level of charging standstill at 80%?

My question is simply due to the fact that these flagship phones have advanced gorilla glass in the screen and whether any protection is offered from a low strength screen protectors.
