I got a Samsung Buds Live when I was purchasing my new phone two months back.I just noticed that one of the four pins is moving and it seems to be broken.I did not use buds much and it did not fall anytime.What should I do ?

Phone was not used during this time. It was connected to power overnight. Why the level of charging standstill at 80%?

My question is simply due to the fact that these flagship phones have advanced gorilla glass in the screen and whether any protection is offered from a low strength screen protectors.
