Samsung should really address this as its a major issue. its also confirmed by pretty much all users of the S10 lite device. its definitely not a Amazon prime problem.
Not sure if its the correct solution but it did work for now. Go to My Stuff - Settings - Streaming & Download - Turn off 'Use hardware acceleration'
