I am facing this issue on Samsung store on Note 10 plus in bahrain is anyone else facing the same issue let me know

I have been using Note 10 plus has my daily use planning to upgrade to Note 20 ultra but my Note 10 plus is still a beast my question Should I upgrade to Note 20 ultra ?Any comments let me know what should I do
