My phone got smeared, banding issue has started.There's lines across my display. The phone is constantly on blue light filter, even if it's turned off. My power is optimised it's not the problem, and I've got the black crush. Entire phone is pixelate...

Does anyone share the same issue as me? My dark mode is not black, it's greenish grey. And yes I've reset all my settings, it's definitely not any of the settings's fault. The black parts in a picture looks discolored and pixelated.
