i created an error report about battery draining of j2 2016 on 31 july still it got no response.what happened samsung ? your after sale service policy is going worse and no update for j2 2016 from 4-5 months !

hey guys video calling option not available in my j2 2016 in messenger lite app while others have this option in similar specs mobile j2 pro and using same sim jio.then why its not available in my phone ? do you also not see in this in j2 2016 ?

power saving

i saw that power saving mode draining more battery without power saving mode.in power saving mode it drained 1% in 4 min whereas in non power saving mode it drained 1% in 5-6 min.what you guys think ?
