Unable to use get Now Brief on Lock Screen. Samsung Help line unable to resolve the issue.Pls confirm what should I do. Return the handset...10 days over purchased.

Bought Samsung S22 Ultra ...but whenever I copied on clipboard or install or unstalled the application...on screen the stance take time to disappear, because of which I am unable to see the Letters on the keyboard. Kindly help me to resolve the issue...
