hmm.also since its a faulty..did you tried return and replace option. A faulty will always co.eback with such issues

hey, I am facing this exact same issue.This seems to be a painful process..every time the faulty earbuds is placed in the charging capsule it stays red for 5 sec and turns green..can't do it for all day along. Also once it got charged..are you follow...

also got earbuds updated software..I am not able to install it..since both sides are not paired.
