Why audio songs are not playing in my samsung Galaxy m20...please suggest me tips or help me to out of this situation 

Incoming calls are displaying on my samsung Galaxy m20 after update pie this problem raised....after pie one more small update I received and I updated it but problem is remain same ...help for this ...this is so annoying
