I got to know in other countries, samsung selling same model with different oled tech. Is there any way to check ?

I think for all those who have not upgrade their devices to the latest ui 4.0, should remain on the same stable ui3.1..or else wait for atleast atleast 2 or 3 security patches on ui4.0.Guys, what do you think on this ?PS: I came to this after reading...
