Bought the device 2 weeks ago. The battery drains so fast I charge it twice a day. The battery drains even if I'm not using the phone. Tried to close all background apps but still. Please help
Hi Tsogo. thanks for you reply. I all the options you have i did try them all and now I'm about to do a soft rest..while pressing the button when it vibrates should I release the buttons?
