When i try to pair my buds with my samsung galaxy s20plus my phone doesnt detect it .. i tried restarting my phone uninstall and reinstall galaxy wearable app.. clear bluetooth data.. it still cant detect my buds..

i took it to the service center they said its a software issue.. it has reset.. thats why its not discoverable by bluetooth on any phones

it still would not work.. i tried all that with the case next to my phone closed and reopened it etc

i did that.. the app doesnt detect them..
