Got z flip 5 end of August and September hinge started giving problems. Contacted Samsung and they send me to their service centre phone got send away for repairs but came back not fixed only software update being done.phone got send. Away again came back same story software update being done. Went to store where i got the phone they send it t away 2weeks later phone came back same story nothing done to hinge software update. Phone Samsung again the gave me another service centre to take the phone. But I'm sick of going to pilar to post and nothing is being done.dissapointed in service being provided and I strongly believe my next phone won't be a Samsung again

Same happened to me the first time i went for a battery replacement instead of replacing the battery they did a software upgrade and only the 2nd time did they replace the battery

It's sad they make so much promises on good service but instead after giving you your phone the just don't care.samsung phones everytime and olapolagise for the inconvenience but still nothing happens

 Hi there Was this ever resolved? I have similar issues and being sent from pillar to post with multiple promises but no resolution!
