Does anyone else have the issue to claim there Voucher for pre-order Z Flip/Fold 6 range? The Samsung page keeps throwing out invalid email address. Yet there's nothing wrong with my email address and it is a Samsung members registered email address. Any advice on this issue? Thank you guys.
There's a promotional email you can send your request to. This varies from country to country. There have been similar cases reported for previous claims as well where the email showed invalid email. You could try logging in via a web browser if you're having issues on the phone submitting it.
