Why samsung watches come with tizen and not android??

Tizen is just the evolution of samsung old and own OS "bada" which it uses in its old keypad mobiles, but as we all know when android and smartphones came to market people got the feel of new UI and at this point when android is globally accepted if Samsung still use bada then they will get shadowed by other manufacturers.

Thats why Samsung decided to use Android on its Smartphones and to use its own Os on smart watches but with some new feel and Ui thats why they evolved bada into Tizen.

But Tizen is not limited to watches only, it is there in samsung z series phones and in samsung cameras.

Its like continuing the legacy of the Os because of which they came and existed in the mobile market from start.

Tizen is somewhat lighter OS then Android. Because Tizen Os right now has less features as it is made for watches and camera.
Just like google don't provide android for smart watches instead it develop wearOS and same goes for apple watchOS.

Other than that there is no other specific reason(as per my knowledge).

Also Tizen uses EdenUI just for watches.
