I just recently changed from iPhone to Samsung. I now have a Galaxy Note S10+ I decided to get the Samsung earpods+ and have found them to be very good but... Sometimes the person on the other end of the phone can't hear me properly which can be fixed by connecting and disconnecting a few times. In addition the earbuds seems to cause the call to drop from time to time. Anyone else had similar issues? So far these earbuds are not as reliable as my old airpods...
Don't worry as these just got release these issues can be fixed with software updates. Even the old gen 1 galaxy buds got better over time after software updates.
