Wearables
Hello All,
I bought active 2 last year in November. My watch band just broke. Is it covered in warranty? Or will I have to buy a new band?
Thanks

You mean watch Active 2, right?
And damage isn't covered in warranty.
And btw if only strap is broken there are a lot of straps are available on Samsung website and Amazon, you can buy anyone u like and you will be good to go.
If this solved/helped with your query "Accept as solution" will be appreciated.

My default watch band broke within a year. isn't that something that should be covered in warranty?
