Please follow the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
>Once turn off the wake up gesture and again turn it on via given path (Gear’s Apps>>Settings>> Device → Wake-up gesture → Wake-up gesture to activate it)
>Once uninstall the Samsung wearable app and again install it
> Please reset the watch.
