I recently observed after update of OS,wake up gesture is not working,and some sensors are not working like record of steps and excercises

i suggest you to contact samsung through "get help" page of this app, by clicking "send your feedback...", describe the said issues in detail to them and send the report, you're almost guaranteed to get a response. i also suggest taking it to a service center since they fix both hardware and software issues. in general, i think any type of guidence from official samsung customer service will be a great help for you.
