I had a Samsung gear 3 watch Since then I purchase the Samsung Galaxy watch. Presently my samsung gear S 3 watch still connects via bluetooth however my galaxy watch no longer connects. I've rebooted, reset and nothing works. The attached pic shows what comes up on the screen. Please help! How do I actually contact customer service?Watch.jpg

Well I live in Barbados and we don't have a service center here. So what should I do now?
