As you have LTE version try this if it works. Found some solution over here in the community.

Try changing region via *#272*[IMEI]# command on watch

Yes it's showing me many region but not of USA.

You can go with Australia in that.. And one more thing, if you select one then perhaps you can not change it back to old India region

Here is the complete list of country region codes.. Probably Australia should do if USA is not there in your options
