Dear Sir/Ma'am

I am unable to register my samsung watch 3 (model no. SM-R845F) with the airtel network. Upon contact with airtel technical team they advised me to contact with the samsung as in their system it is already showing that Plan is active in my watch and any failed registration with network is occurring due to the watch compatibility issue which has to addressed by manufacturer. I request help on this.
