I am in need of a cleaning kit and replacement mesh for a set of 2018 Iconx earbuds (SM-R140). Can I get a part number to order please?
When I bought it it didnt come with a cleaning kit and when i faced a problem with the volume for the first time I sent it to the service and they replaced it but they didnt give me a kit . And they told me we cant . I been using it for 2 years + and I love it . From the volume to the base to everything. I dont wanna give it up . And I tried to go to samsung portal shops in malls and they cant help me . I would love to get some help on that issue .
